With the participation of the AR TARIM team, a Strategic Management Training program was held on 17–18 November 2025. The training addressed decision-making approaches in times of uncertainty, the impact of key economic indicators on business management, and the more efficient use of company resources.
The program’s strategic focus covered topics that strengthen the company’s sustainability, such as cost of capital, asset efficiency, cash flow, and collections discipline.
