The AR TARIM Brand Ambassadors Year-End Training Program was held with the participation of our brand ambassadors. As part of the program, we covered effective field communication, customer management, a seasonal planning approach, and our brand representation standards.
In the training session attended by Erkin ŞAHİNÖZ, we aimed to increase our brand ambassadors’ impact in the field and further strengthen the bond we have built with producers.
As AR TARIM, we know that strong brand representation is possible not only through product quality, but also by keeping service, communication, and experience aligned. In this respect, our training program was an important step that brought us together around a shared approach, a shared language, and shared goals.
