4 Packs of Mushroom
2 Big Sized Potatoes
Grated Kashar Cheese
1 Dessertspoon of Butter
Salt, Pepper, Oil
Peel and wash the 2 potatoes. Slice the potatoes in
small cube shapes. Fry them in boiled oil.
Then wash a pack of mushroom and slice into thin pieces.
On the other hand thinly slice 1 onion.
Put 1 dessertspoon of butter into the pan and melt it. Add onions and saute it for 3-4 minutes. Finally add salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Put the fried potatoes into the ovenware. Add the mushroom mixture on it. Splatter grated kashar cheese on the potatoes with mushroom. Put it in the 190 degree priorily heated oven. Bake it until the cheese melts.
You can take the baked potato with mushroom from the oven and serve.
