 Job Description

To provide assistance and coordination to the sales and service team

Assisting and supporting the management - Organizing internal and external meetings, managing travel arrangements and visits according to the daily, weekly, monthly schedule of the management

Maintaining polite and professional communication by phone, e-mail and mail

Providing reporting support in meetings and organizations

Investigating business-related links, creating presentations and preparing reports

Realization of reports that will be requested by the management as per duty.

Support internal and external communication flows

Required Qualifications

 Having a university education in business or a similar field

 Minimum 2 years of experience in the field will be of advantage

 It is preferred to know English well, spoken and written

 Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software is a must

 Superior written and verbal communication skills

 Paying attention to details

 Have the ability to work as part of a team
