Our AR TARIM Innovation Lab is a prime example of this commitment. Meeting every two months, this team works on visionary new operational and strategic initiatives to ensure the growth and evolution of our company.
In 2024, we had the privilege of connecting with many of you during customer meetings, POR field visits, and field days. These interactions are invaluable to us, as they deepen our understanding of your needs and allow us to serve you better. Looking ahead, we are excited to announce our participation in POTATO TURKEY 2025, where we will once again meet your expectations with our presence and offerings.

A Field Day That Changes the Rules of the Game
We’re here with a newsletter packed with excitement from our magnificent field day held in September in Sandıklı! At this event, we not only brought our seeds to the soil but also had the opportunity to showcase our innovation and quality. Filled with information about our new products, application techniques, and fertile lands, the day served as a showcase of how far AR TARIM has come.
This year’s event welcomed over 500 participants, including many esteemed protocol members. This highlights that our field day in Sandıklı is not just a platform for information and promotion but also a significant meeting point for industry leaders and decision-makers. Participants had the chance to learn about AR TARIM’s innovative solutions and superior product quality while experiencing the latest developments in our field firsthand.
Throughout the event, we displayed our flagship potato varieties such as AGRIA, ARIZONA, JELLY, MADELEINE, and the next-generation PARADISO, BABYLON, DONATA, PALACE RIVIERA, and OTOLIA. Additionally, some of our trial varieties, including ETANA, KARELIA, TAORMINA, LEVANTE, and BEYONCE, were met with great acclaim by the participants.
These products are garnering significant interest in both local and international markets, and we at AR TARIM take pride in contributing these varieties to our country.
Our hospitality and the high standards of organization displayed during the event not only reinforced our leading position in the sector but also demonstrated once again the hard work and dedication behind this success.

Employee in the Spotlight: Fatmagül Karaçil Canbolat
Hello,
I’m Fatmagül. I’ve been working in the seed potato sector for 10 years and currently serve as the Marketing Manager at AR TARIM. Throughout this time, I’ve strived to both develop the sector and add greater value for producers. Every new day begins with the excitement of contributing to farmers, producers, and the industry, fueled by my experiences at AR TARIM. My love for agriculture and my passion for marketing motivate me to push forward every single day.
I view my job as both an opportunity and a responsibility: an opportunity because we have the chance to make producers’ lives easier with innovations; a responsibility because everything we do touches the labor, dreams, and future of our producers. I still vividly remember a moment when someone said, “When we think of AR TARIM, we think of QUALITY and TRUST.” For me, that memory is priceless
Projects That Inspire the Sector
Throughout my marketing career, I haven’t just promoted our products. I’ve also listened to the needs and expectations of our producers and developed projects that address their challenges.
Our vision to be a seed service company has become one of the sector’s inspiring projects. The large field day events we organized with my team and the fairs we participated in allowed us to both connect with producers and share our innovations. Coming together with dozens of farmers in a single field to share our successes and stories remains one of my most unforgettable experiences.
My Vision for the Future
I firmly believe that the work we do shapes not only today but also tomorrow. Agriculture is, in essence, a legacy-building profession. Every step we take today creates a value to be passed on to future generations. We are currently preparing to launch two new projects, each of which will be innovative and transformative for our producers. Their introductions will take place very soon.
My Goals and Motivation
I am not doing with the successes we’ve achieved locally. I am working to make AR TARIM a recognized and trusted brand in international markets as well. By leveraging modern technologies, I aim to make a difference in the global agricultural sector and support even more producers.
My greatest motivation in my work is developing projects that can touch people’s lives and add value to production. Offering a solution that makes a farmer’s job easier or witnessing their happiness is an indescribable feeling for me.
My Passion: Adding Value to People and the Land
Sometimes I wonder, “Could I have done more?” But when I remember the satisfaction on the faces of our farmers, I realize once again that I am on the right path. Creating work that touches people is truly the most beautiful way to leave a lasting impact.
This is not the end; it’s just the beginning. Every new seed, every new project, every new success will write the continuation of this story. Because I am not just planting seeds; I am planting dreams, planting the future.

Carrying Forward the Legacy Passed Down from Our Father
Our potato journey, which began with the foundations laid by Diyap Soydut in the 1980s, continues today as Ayyıldız Zirai advances towards becoming a pioneer in modern agriculture. Over the past five years, we have proudly taken over the company that our father built with great effort, and our goal is to carry this legacy even further.
Our Operations and Product Portfolio
Our company operates in the production of both tableware and seed potatoes. We cultivate a total of 2,500 decares of land across the Çukurova and Central Anatolia regions. 80% of our product portfolio consists of AR TARIM varieties.
One of our indispensable varieties is Jelly, a classic AR TARIM product. This variety stands out in the Çukurova region due to its superior skin quality, flesh color, and robust plant structure. Additionally, in the Central Anatolia region, Jelly is considered a safeguard with its resistance to diseases and suitability for industrial use in unfavorable market conditions.
Another standout in our portfolio is the Paradiso Variety.
Paradiso, a new-generation AR TARIM product, has strengthened our portfolio with its high yield, appeal, and excellent storage quality.

From seed delivery processes to after-sales HIR Service, AR TARIM has never let us down. This trust-based business relationship has transformed into a strong bond that will last for many years.
Our Vision for the Future
By carrying forward the legacy passed down from our father, we aim to institutionalize Ayyıldız Zirai in collaboration with AR TARIM. We are determined to adapt to changing conditions and add value to the potato industry in our country by embracing modern agriculture.
